EXPERIENCE > UNDERSTAND > DESIGN

Extended Reality (XR) technologies are maturing and companies need to align stakeholders within their organisations to be able to identify relevant use cases and to build viable business cases around them.

In this one day workshop, we’ll work to demystify XR and align your team towards a clearer XR business future.

  • Educate and immerse your team in XR experiences and understand the practicalities of implementing an XR project.
  • Understand the XR landscape for businesses now and in the near future.
  • Identify and co-create viable, feasible and lovable service concepts based on the XR possibilities in your client needs.
  • Fast track concepts into actionable first steps through shared vision and roadmap.

FOLLOW UP WITH OUR XR EXPERTS

We will advise and help to iterate your XR concept into prototyping phase.

WE offer a methodology and framework that helps you identify when and how to use XR, but also when not to use XR.

HANDS ON IMMERSION

Your team will Experience XR first-hand and CREATE A COMMON VOCABULARY.

Session1: To identify viable opportunities your team needs an understanding of what the technology can do.

  • Learn key concepts of XR through relevant AR, MR, VR use cases curated by our experts.
  • Gain hands-on experience operating and the set up process of industry leading devices and headsets, including Varjo vr-1, Microsoft Hololens 2 and Oculus devices.
  • Explore XR benchmarks relevant to your industry as well as other creative and interactive experiences to spur your creative thinking for viable use cases. .
  • Insights of time-to-market and costs of different XR projects.

BUSINESS LANDSCAPE AND XR READINESS

WE  WILL TAKE A LOOK at THE MARKET TODAY AND TOMORROW.

Session 2: By benchmarking industry leaders we can draw a picture of future possibilities in short and long-term.

  • Understand major development areas in AR, MR and VR, key growth and usage numbers in B2C and investment areas and industries in B2B.
  • Identify key trends within your market.
  • Examples of standout experiences, emerging business models and best practices and strategies being adopted in global industries.

Companies fall into the trap of thinking they want something they have already seen, not knowing a cheaper and more effective solution is just around the corner.

Conceptualize and Design XR Ideas.

Facilated co-creation from ideation to light prototyping.

Session 3: Technology solutions being implemented are not always solving real problems, if created in silos. Employees across the organization must be involved in the co-creation process to avoid XR development slipping into merely an experimental side project.

  • Advocating change in human behaviour with human-centric XR service design.
  • Facilitated ideation and co-creation of concepts using our XR canvases, which help teams to navigate and collaborate towards common goals and analyse your organisations internal XR readiness.

Deconstruct and Define.

towards XR readiness AND clarifyING YOUR XR vision.

Session 4: After sharing an understanding of what XR means for your organization, next we need to define the XR vision that would prove the business case and plan steps to reach it.

  • Defining a XR Vision and Roadmap to build your XR Minimum Viable "Loveable" Products and services with POCs.

THE PROCESS FROM OUR IDEA TO CONCEPT VISION, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS OF POC & ALPHA VERSION WAS CLEARLY COMMUNICATED.
