Extended Reality (XR) technologies are maturing and companies need to align stakeholders within their organisations to be able to identify relevant use cases and to build viable business cases around them.
In this one day workshop, we’ll work to demystify XR and align your team towards a clearer XR business future.
The workshop provides your team the tools to drive XR implementation within the company.
Session1: To identify viable opportunities your team needs an understanding of what the technology can do.
Session 2: By benchmarking industry leaders we can draw a picture of future possibilities in short and long-term.
Session 3: Technology solutions being implemented are not always solving real problems, if created in silos. Employees across the organization must be involved in the co-creation process to avoid XR development slipping into merely an experimental side project.
Session 4: After sharing an understanding of what XR means for your organization, next we need to define the XR vision that would prove the business case and plan steps to reach it.
Olli Tähtinen (Radical Rabbit) and Ashwin Rajan (Fabric) have combined their understanding and experience of creating for XR with 20+ years of practice in design thinking, behavioral design, service and UX design in creating the workshop structure and canvases.
The XR workshop has been tested and validated in a number of workshops. Radical Rabbit has concepted, designed and delivered XR projects to brands like YLE, Unilever, Finnish National Opera & Ballet, UPM, Korkeasaari and City of Helsinki. Fabric is a consultancy which regularly runs senior executive level workshops in digital transformation and helps to apply Behavior Design methods and tools into their innovation projects.
The workshop is organized in collaboration with Helsinki XR Center (HXRC) - a joint venture of Metropolia University, Finnish Virtual Reality and City of Helsinki. HXRC aims to become the largest innovation, development and startup center in the Nordics dedicated to VR and AR technologies.
